Data controller

Alexander Pravdin is the controller for the order and license information described here. Privacy and licensing questions can be sent to licensing@alexanderpravdin.com.

What is collected

For a purchase, the site collects the name of the individual or company receiving the license, contact person where applicable, email address, Licensed Product, selected font styles and License Scope, consent records, order amount, currency, Stripe Checkout session reference and delivery status.

Stripe collects and processes billing details, tax identifiers and payment information on its hosted checkout. This site does not receive or store full card details.

Why it is used

The information is used to create and administer the requested font license, process payment, deliver the font files and completed agreement, preserve a private copy of the issued PDF license, respond to support requests, prevent duplicate fulfilment, keep accounting and licensing records, and meet legal obligations.

Service providers

Stripe processes the payment and related billing data. Resend sends the order email and attachments. Hosting and database providers process the technical information necessary to operate the site and preserve the order record. Each provider handles data under its own terms and privacy commitments.

Retention and rights

Order and license records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the perpetual license and comply with accounting, tax and other legal requirements. Delivery logs may be retained for a shorter operational period.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data, or object to certain processing. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal claims. Send requests to licensing@alexanderpravdin.com.
